2. The service

Striqr provides a browser-based development environment, project hosting, collaboration tools, and related features. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your account & content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of code and content you create. You grant Striqr the rights necessary to host, run, and display your projects as part of providing the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Striqr for unlawful activity, malware, spam, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the platform or other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Paid plans

Boost and other paid features are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our billing policies shown at checkout.

6. Disclaimer

Striqr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
