You'll work across our Node.js platform, real-time editor, and container orchestration layer. We're obsessed with latency, polish, and making complex infrastructure feel invisible to the person building.

What we're looking for

3+ years shipping production web apps with Node.js or similar
Comfortable with WebSockets, Docker, and PostgreSQL
Strong eye for UX — you care how things feel, not just how they compile
Bonus: experience with collaborative editing or dev-tool products
